By accessing or using ReviewAware’s website and services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
ReviewAware provides tools to request and manage customer reviews and related workflows. Features may change over time; we will provide reasonable notice of material changes where appropriate.
Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must have authority to act on behalf of your business where applicable.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, including sending spam, violating applicable laws, infringing others’ rights, or attempting to access systems without authorization. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Fees and trials
Paid plans are billed as described at signup. Trials and cancellations follow the terms presented in the product at purchase. Taxes may apply where required.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted, ReviewAware is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
